Run with your AI

Run with your AI is on Manage Leads. Tick the leads you want. Press Copy prompt. Paste it into your own AI.

The AI works down your list on its own. For each business it builds a one-page sample site. Then it writes a short email to the owner.

It works with any AI that can browse the web, write files and use email. Claude is the one we test with.

The small version number next to Copy prompt shows which prompt you get. Tap it to see what changed.

Three steps

  1. Tick the leads. Or press Select best 10.
  2. Press Copy prompt.
  3. Paste it into your AI and press Enter.

What SiteRevive does and does not do

SiteRevive only copies text. It builds no sites for cold leads. It sends no email.

Your AI does the rest, with your own accounts. It sends from your own email. Or you can turn on Save drafts only. Then it saves each email and sends none. That switch is off at first. It sits behind Options in the bar, with your daily limit.

What you need first

  • Your name, business name and mailing address in Settings.
  • An AI with your email connected. Any email account it can use works.
  • A way to put sites online. If Settings shows Connect your AI, add that link to your AI. Keep the link private. Turn it off if it leaks.

Which businesses are in the prompt

Only businesses with an email that SiteRevive found on their own website. Each one needs a real problem to mention.

SiteRevive leaves out anyone you already emailed. It leaves out anyone who said no thanks. You can tick up to 100 at a time. The bar tells you if it skipped any.

Select best 10 picks the weakest sites first. It skips leads you already copied. Those show a small Copied badge.

How your AI works on each business

Your AI works like a team of 4. A researcher reads the business's own pages and saves its real photos. A builder makes the page. A writer makes the email. A reviewer checks both before anything goes out. An AI that cannot start helpers plays the 4 jobs in turn.

It never stops to ask you anything. If something is missing, it uses a set default and writes one line in its log.

Big lists

Over 25 businesses, your AI works in groups of 10. It keeps a log of what is done.

Answer replies (optional)

Answer replies is under Options. It is off at first. Then your AI never answers a reply.

Turn it on and add your Pay link. Your AI then answers a few simple replies by fixed rules. It never emails anyone who said stop. It flags anything angry, legal or about a refund for you.

Safety rules in the prompt

  • A daily limit. You set it in Options, up to 200.
  • Your name and address in every email.
  • A line that says: Reply "no thanks" and I won't email again.
  • Your AI emails only the address shown. It never guesses.
  • If a business replies, your AI stops writing to it and shows you the reply.
  • Your AI makes up no facts, reviews or prices.

After a run

SiteRevive cannot see what your AI sent. Your AI checks your sent mail first. So it is safe to paste the prompt again.

Use the Mark button on a lead to set Sent, Replied, No thanks or Won. After No thanks, that business never comes back.

Did you email some leads yourself? Tick them. Open Mark sent next to Copy prompt. Press Mark selected as sent. You can mark up to 100 at a time. They move to Contacted, and the prompt leaves them out. SiteRevive sends nothing when you mark a lead.
