Terms of Service

The service
SiteRevive, operated by Rhino Web Consulting, helps an operator find public business prospects, assess websites, prepare evidence reports, and create unsent outreach drafts. SiteRevive does not send cold email on your behalf. You review, choose, and send any message from your own account.
No guaranteed outcomes
SiteRevive does not guarantee a particular number of qualified prospects, complete reports, replies, inbox placement, meetings, or sales. Search results can exhaust before a requested target when businesses do not pass the evidence and contact checks.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing reports, contact evidence, and every draft before use; keeping account access secure; honoring suppression and unsubscribe requests; and complying with laws and provider rules that apply to your outreach. You may not use SiteRevive for deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
Accounts, payment, and third parties
You must provide accurate account information and may not share access outside your authorized business. Prices and payment terms displayed at checkout apply to a purchase. The service relies on third-party hosting, data, payment, email, screenshot, AI, and scheduling providers, whose availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep SiteRevive accurate and available, but public website data and third-party services can be incomplete or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SiteRevive is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
