  1. v0.3.16Latest

Corrections: three things the app told you that weren't accurate

    • The Ideas Hub said we add your unsubscribe link and business address to a script when you copy it. We don't — copying gives you exactly the text on screen. We only add those to emails prepared in your Send Queue. If you send a copied script from your own mailbox, you need to add them yourself, and the note now says so.
    • The Trust page described access logging as active. It isn't yet — the viewer is there but nothing writes to it, and the page now says that plainly.
    • The signup page told you to look for an email subject we don't actually send. Both now come from the same place, so they can't drift apart again.
    • Fixed a case where clicking the request-a-website button on a report more than once could record several requests instead of one, which made a lead look more interested than it was.
  2. v0.3.15

Your outreach signs off like a person

    • Emails were naming your business twice — once above the sign-off and once in the footer underneath. That's fixed, and we've cleaned up the drafts already sitting in your send queue.
    • There's a new "Your name" field in Settings. Put your first name in it and your emails sign off with it. Leave it blank and they simply end without a sign-off — they'll never sign off as your company again.
    • The footer is unchanged: your business name, address and unsubscribe link stay exactly as they were.
  3. v0.3.13

Fixes: more accurate reports, and every Tool Hub link works

    • We were wrong about two things in your reports. A site built to work on phones could be flagged as desktop-only, and a working business site could be described as having no website at all. Both are fixed, and both were checked against nearly 200 real websites before we shipped the fix.
    • If a search failed and you tried again, it could quietly re-run your previous search instead of the one you just asked for. It now only reuses a saved run when it matches what you typed.
    • Every tool on the Tool Hub is now a working link. Nine of them were listed but not clickable.
    • Some links to our own pages sent you to the login screen instead of the page. Fixed, along with a few we hadn't spotted.
    • Wording that still described a daily lead limit has been corrected — your allowance is monthly.
    • Coming Soon now shows where each feature really stands, and there's a new section at the bottom for ideas suggested by other operators. Suggest something and it goes to us for review before it appears there.
  4. v0.3.12

600 lead credits a month, better lead detection, and the whole workflow in the menu

    • Your lead allowance is now 600 credits a month instead of a daily limit — spend them whenever you like, in whatever size searches suit you. One search still asks for up to 25 results at a time.
    • Credits are spent when a search starts, not when the leads arrive, and unused credits don't carry into the next month. Your dashboard shows what's left and exactly when it resets.
    • The Send Queue and Replies are now in the left-hand menu. They were always there, but the only way in was a link on a results card — if you never found them, that's why.
    • Searches now look wider. Earlier versions repeated the same searches and threw away the duplicates; now each pass looks somewhere genuinely new, so thin niches and small towns turn up more.
    • Three new things we check on a prospect's site: no way to contact them, a layout built for desktop screens only, and domains that are parked or still showing a default install. Each one shows up as evidence in the report like every other finding.
    • Settings now explains what Gmail sending is and where it stands, instead of showing an empty space.
  5. v0.3.11

Leads with no website are never emailed

    • Some businesses we find have no website at all. Those are phone-first opportunities: you get the phone number and the Google Maps listing, and you call them. SiteRevive will never put one of them into an email sequence, and never guesses an email address for a business that doesn't have one.
    • This is now enforced everywhere an email could go out — the send queue, sequence enrolment, the nurture tracks, and the daily run — rather than only in the places you can see.
    • Nothing changes for normal leads with an outdated website. Those still work exactly as before.
  6. v0.3.10

    Security hardening for logo uploads

    • Logo uploads are checked more strictly. Links inside an uploaded SVG must point to a normal web address, somewhere inside the same image, or a file path — anything unusual is refused.
    • One note if you use SVG: an SVG with a photo embedded inside it will now be refused. Export it flattened, or upload the photo as a PNG or JPG — both work as before.
    • Accounts that have ended can no longer vote on upcoming features.
  7. v0.3.9

Ideas Hub, easy branding, and you steer the roadmap

    • New Ideas Hub: proven cold email and cold call scripts from working marketers — copy, personalize, use. Plus a gallery of your best generated site previews.
    • Branding setup is now human-friendly: upload your logo, pick your color, or just type your website and we pull both for you.
    • New Coming Soon page: see what we're building next and vote on it — the highest-voted features move up our queue.
  8. v0.3.8

Smarter replies and a faster app

    • Replies in your inbox now carry an intent label — Interested, Neutral, or Negative — so you can see at a glance which conversations to jump on.
    • Approving, skipping, and qualifying now update instantly on screen instead of making you wait; if the server declines, the change visibly reverts with the reason.
    • A dedicated refund-policy page states our 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee plainly.
    • Reliability hardening behind the scenes: outside services that slow down can no longer slow SiteRevive down with them.
  9. v0.3.7

Your emails sign with your name, and every link is one domain

A large release focused on getting the details exactly right: who your outreach comes from, where every link points, and how your purchase records are kept.

    • Outreach emails now sign with your name — the person, not the company. If you haven't set a sender name yet, your workspace name is used until you do.
    • Every link SiteRevive generates now uses siterevive.app, and links in drafts you haven't sent yet were updated too. Anything you already sent stays exactly as it was sent.
    • Purchase and refund record-keeping got stricter behind the scenes: a refunded account now closes cleanly, and a lost activation link can be re-issued by support without any risk to your seat.
    • Groundwork landed for monthly lead credits you can use any time in the month — it switches on in an upcoming release.
  10. v0.3.6

    Outreach polish and security updates

    • Business names ending in "s" now read correctly in every email and message SiteRevive writes for you — "Apex Services' website", not "Apex Services's". This applies to new drafts and to sequences you already have.
    • Security updates across the platform's dependencies.
  11. v0.3.5

Outreach emails that sound like a person

The emails SiteRevive drafts for you were rewritten end to end — shorter, plainer, and built around the one problem your report actually found.

    • Drafts now lead with the single most serious problem found on the prospect's website — a security warning, a site that breaks on phones, or links that go nowhere — and only when your report really found it.
    • Every draft is written in plain English. Technical terms are banned from the copy by an automatic check, so a busy owner can read the whole email in ten seconds.
    • Drafts now close with a concrete offer — a rebuilt site live in 48 hours — and ask for a simple reply, which is much easier for a prospect to act on than a request to book a call.
    • Plans are now described as monthly lead credits you can use any time in the month, instead of a fixed daily amount.
  12. v0.3.4

    Send safety, tightened twice

    • Email handoff buttons now appear only after a message has passed review — a draft that hasn't been approved can no longer be sent around the checks from anywhere in the app.
    • A faked reply to one of your outreach emails can no longer stop your sequences or unsubscribe your contacts; real replies — including genuine unsubscribes — work exactly as before.
    • Security updates across the platform's core dependencies.
  13. v0.3.3

Nothing sends without you — now guaranteed by the code

    • SiteRevive never sends an email on your behalf. That was always the promise, and it is now enforced by the software itself and protected by a test, rather than depending on how the system happens to be wired.
    • The pricing page no longer shows how many founding seats remain.
    • Fixed a display glitch on the daily-target picker that could leave the control unresponsive.
    • Your purchase can no longer be recorded twice if a payment notification arrives more than once.
  14. v0.3.2

    Booked calls always show up

    • When a prospect books a call from one of your emails, it now always appears on the lead — previously it could go unrecorded depending on where that lead sat in your pipeline.
    • Booking the same call twice no longer creates a duplicate entry, and a prospect who cancels and rebooks is recorded as the genuine second booking it is.
    • If you already had a SiteRevive account when you bought, the signup page now tells you what to do instead of showing a technical error.
  15. v0.3.1

    Cleaner reports and drafts

    • Reports and outreach drafts no longer pick up hidden text from a website's source code, so what you send reads like something a person wrote.
    • Searches now judge a business only on the words a visitor can actually see on the page, not on text hidden in the source.
  16. v0.3.0

More finished leads from every run

    • Large websites now complete their audit instead of failing partway, so more of the businesses a search finds come back with a full report attached.
    • The progress bar during a run now tracks the real work being done, instead of stalling and jumping.
    • Export your leads to a CSV from Manage Leads, so the businesses you find can go straight into whatever else you run your agency on.
    • A new Tool Hub in the app lists the tools worth using for the work that happens after a business replies — CRM, site building, fulfillment, and call tracking.
    • New members now get a welcome email that walks through the first steps.
  17. v0.2.1

    Every no-website opportunity is kept

    • Searches now keep every eligible business with no website that they find — at no extra cost. The count you request controls how many existing websites get a full audit; businesses with no website at all are unlimited upside on the same search.
    • When a search turns up more no-website opportunities than you asked for, the results screen says so plainly and saves all of them to Manage Leads, strongest business fit first.
    • The results screen now names exactly what limited how deep a search went, so tuning your next run is never guesswork.
  18. v0.2.0

    Finding leads in every search

The biggest change to how SiteRevive finds work. Real opportunities were being discarded before you ever saw them — this release stops that.

    • Businesses with no website listed on Google are now real results. Find Leads surfaces them as call opportunities — local businesses you can offer a first website — instead of skipping them.
    • Websites that check out but have no verifiable email no longer disappear. They appear as “Website needs work” opportunities with the evidence report attached, ready to work by phone. SiteRevive never guesses an email address.
    • Statewide searches now cover a state’s major metros instead of one broad query, so searches without a city find far more businesses.
    • The quality bar now scales with how many leads you ask for: request one and you get the single strongest candidate; request twenty-five and the filter relaxes — without ever calling a healthy website outdated.
    • Re-run any niche and area whenever you like. Searches accumulate fresh businesses and never duplicate what’s already in Manage Leads.
    • New “Website type” filter on the search form: all businesses, has a website, or no website.
    • The results screen now explains itself: how many businesses were found, why each audited business ended where it did, and how to find more when a search runs thin.
    • A cleaner search form and progress screen — fewer fields, one clear New Search button.
    • Lifetime members get a link to book their one-to-one setup call from inside the app.
  19. v0.1.7

Email delivery you can count on

    • SiteRevive now tracks whether the account emails it sends you actually arrive, and raises a warning the same day if delivery starts slipping.
  20. v0.1.6

Search a whole state, not just a city

    • Searches now start from a U.S. state, with the city optional — matching how local niches are actually prospected. Pick a state to cover the whole market, or add a city to narrow it.
    • Every result is checked against the state and city you asked for, so a search never quietly drifts into another market.
    • Clearer, honest language about what a day’s run produces: up to twenty-five completed opportunities, with availability depending on the niche and area you choose.
  21. v0.1.5

    Reports become the product

The release that changed what you actually send a business owner — from a pitch they can argue with to evidence they can see.

    • Reports were rebuilt from scratch for the business owner, not for you: one plain-language priority, the problem shown in large clear evidence, and an example of what better looks like.
    • Outreach drafts became short and conversational, written from the strongest verified problem on that business’s site. SiteRevive still only prepares drafts — you review and send every one.
    • Your daily allowance now counts finished opportunities, not attempts. A search that comes up empty no longer costs you part of your day’s capacity.
    • When a market runs dry, the app now offers a clear “search a nearby city” step and promises plainly that only the city you entered was searched.
    • Owners can open the report you send without an account, and asking for a better version is a single obvious step.
    • SiteRevive moved to its own home at siterevive.app.
  22. v0.1.4

    One button, one finished job

The separate pieces became a single daily run you press once and walk away from.

    • Choose a niche and a city, set how many opportunities you want, and SiteRevive runs the whole job end to end: find the businesses, check the websites, publish the report, confirm a contact from the official site, and prepare the outreach.
    • Runs now report honestly. Progress is visible while it works, and a run that can’t fill your target says so instead of padding the results.
    • Website concepts wait until a prospect is actually interested — nothing is generated speculatively for a business that never replied.
    • A saved run shows the target you locked in, so what you asked for and what you get can never disagree.
  23. v0.1.3

Your agency, your name on it

    • Outreach now goes out under your own agency’s name. Nothing you send carries anyone else’s brand.
    • Lifetime accounts are provisioned with lifetime access explicitly, so what you bought is what your account grants — no defaults to discover later.
    • Previewing your own demo no longer counts as prospect interest, so a lead can’t be advanced by your own click.
  24. v0.1.2

    Open for business

    • Accounts, purchases, and access went live: buying SiteRevive creates your account and hands you the keys.
  25. v0.1.1

From findings to something you could send

    • What an audit turned up stopped living inside the app. Each opportunity started producing a shareable summary of the problems found on that business’s website — the ancestor of the plain-language owner report that arrived in 0.1.5.
    • SiteRevive began assembling the first draft of the outreach message for each opportunity, written from what the audit actually found.
  26. v0.1.0

    The first build

    Where SiteRevive started.

    • Point SiteRevive at a niche and an area, and it finds local businesses, opens their websites, and scores how dated each one is — the foundation everything since has been built on.
