Who operates SiteRevive
SiteRevive is operated by Rhino Web Consulting. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to improveddigital@gmail.com.
Information we process
We process account and workspace details, the niches and locations an operator requests, public business and website information used in audits, reports and unsent email drafts, and technical records needed for authentication, security, reliability, and support. SiteRevive does not store payment card numbers.
How information is used
We use this information to provide and secure the service, find and qualify public business prospects, create evidence reports and operator-reviewed drafts, activate purchases, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability. SiteRevive does not send cold email on an operator's behalf.
Service providers
SiteRevive uses service providers for hosting, authentication and storage, background processing, public business discovery and website-audit evidence, optional legacy screenshot processing, transactional email, payments, and configured AI or scheduling functions. They receive only the information needed for their role in providing the service.
Advertising measurement
With affirmative consent, our public marketing pages use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, opt-ins, and checkout entries. Browser analytics remain disabled when consent is declined. Separately, the Conversions API records confirmed purchase events using a one-way hashed version of the buyer's normalized email address, the purchase amount, and a transaction identifier so Meta can attribute and deduplicate the conversion. We do not send payment card details.
Retention and your choices
We retain information while it is needed to operate, secure, and support the service and to meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, payment reconciliation, or applicable law.
Security and changes
SiteRevive uses HTTPS and managed encrypted data services. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the current version on this page.
