Launch checklist

SiteRevive prepares evidence-backed prospects and unsent emails. You choose the outcome of each run, review what it returns, and control Send.

Initial setup

  1. Open Find Leads and run your first search: one requested result in a niche and state you understand. Add a city only to narrow the search. Nothing else has to be done first, and nothing is sent.
  2. Add your company name, sender name, and valid physical mailing address in Settings. The search does not need it; approving an email does — US law requires a postal address in every cold email.
  3. Inspect the first report, contact source, recipient, subject, and body before opening the email in your mailbox.
  4. Add your Calendly or Cal.com booking link, then your logo and brand color, when you are ready.
  5. Confirm you can sign out and sign back in.

No sending domain, mailbox OAuth, or warmup network is required for the Gmail/Outlook compose flow. SiteRevive does not press Send.

The setup wizard

Setup in the sidebar opens a seven-step wizard whenever your workspace cannot yet approve an email; the link disappears once it can. The wizard stores no progress. Every step reads the real setting, so leaving and coming back keeps it right, and nothing can show as done unless it is true. Steps marked Optional never stop you from sending.

The seven steps, in order: run your first search; add your mailing address; connect a sending domain; point your demo and deck domains at us; connect Calendly or Cal.com; brand your emails and reports; launch your first campaign. The last one completes when you start outreach on your first opportunity — an email lead enrolled in a sequence, or a call you have logged.

About the sending domain: your first emails go out from your own Gmail or Outlook, so approval does not need a sending domain today. Once you add one, it must verify before queue items can be approved again, and its warmup cap then paces how many you can approve each day.

Marking an email sent

Sending happens in your mailbox, so SiteRevive cannot see whether you pressed Send. After you send, mark the item Sent in Send Queue (or on the Find Leads card) so the record is right and the same business is not emailed twice.

Besides Gmail and Outlook, an approved email can open in whatever mail app your device uses. Very long emails are shortened to fit that link; the compliance footer is always kept, and the full text is still in the Copy email button.

If you opened an email in your mailbox more than a day ago and never marked it, Find Leads asks: Did these emails go out? Mark it sent if it did. If it did not, dismiss it — nothing changes — and skip it in Send Queue if it is not going out. SiteRevive never marks anything sent on its own.

What happens after you start

SiteRevive runs Find -> Qualify -> Build report -> Prepare email in the background. You can close the window and return later. A result counts only when its report and source-confirmed contact pass every gate and its email is ready to review.

The selected target is not guaranteed inventory. Each requested result uses one of your 600 monthly requested-result credits when the search starts (up to 25 per search). If the bounded search cannot fill it safely, SiteRevive preserves the finished results, reports the run as exhausted, and the credits requested stay used. Unused credits do not roll over at the end of the UTC calendar month.

When an owner replies with interest or clicks Generate new website, open the lead and copy the website-build prompt into your own AI. Cold leads do not receive SiteRevive-generated mockups.

Use Manage Leads to return to every business SiteRevive found, open its report, review the prepared email, and record replies or booked calls.

Launch limitation

SiteRevive cannot promise inbox placement, replies, booked calls, or that every niche and search area contains 25 safe prospects. It improves targeting, evidence, and preparation while keeping sending under your control.
