Reports and requested websites

SiteRevive leads with evidence, not a speculative redesign. The cold-outreach workflow is:

  1. Find the right local business.
  2. Qualify the business, website opportunity, and contact.
  3. Publish a report containing only verified website problems.
  4. Leave the personalized email as an unsent mailbox draft.

SiteRevive does not generate a website mockup for every cold lead. That would spend platform credits before the business owner has shown any interest, and a mediocre automatic mockup can weaken an otherwise strong audit.

The prospect-facing report

Each private /report/<private-slug> link shows the recorded desktop and mobile website evidence. Every finding explains what was detected, why it matters, and how it should be fixed. Visual markers appear only when the crawl stored real page geometry; technical findings remain visible without guessed overlays.

The report ends with Generate new website. Clicking it does not automatically build or publish a website. It records an explicit buying signal, marks the lead high priority, and tells the operator that the owner requested a concept.

Build only after interest

SiteRevive exposes the website-build handoff when either:

Open the lead and choose Copy website build prompt. Paste that prompt into Claude, Fable, Codex, or another capable website-building AI that you control. The prompt contains the source website, report link, stored captures, verified business details, and every audit issue that the concept must solve.

The operator's AI must:

Only the operator reviews the concept and presses Send.

What an interested request means

A website request is stronger than a report view or ordinary link click. SiteRevive raises the lead's priority, records the request in the evidence trail, and places the lead in the hot-work queue. The next outcome is not more CRM activity: it is a beautiful concept and a ready-to-review reply email.
