Qualification and contact evidence

A high website score is not enough. A complete SiteRevive result must pass business fit, website opportunity, report quality, contact evidence, suppression, and email-preparation gates.

Website opportunity

SiteRevive records deterministic signals such as:

The score is capped at 100. It prioritizes audits; it does not predict a reply or sale.

The Lead Score

Every lead in Manage Leads carries one Lead Score from 1 to 100, shown as a colored ring on its row and on its page. It combines three parts: the website audit above (which counts most), business fit, and contact quality. Open the ring to see the "why this score" breakdown — Site audit, Business fit, Contact quality — with each part's own number.

The bands are Hot (85-100), Warm (70-84), Fair (50-69), Cool (30-49), and Cold (1-29). Manage Leads sorts by the score by default, highest first. The score orders your review; it does not predict a reply or a sale.

Work these first

When no search is running, Find Leads opens with Work these first: up to five leads worth your time today, each with the one reason it is there, one action, and an Open link into Manage Leads. The list fills in this order:

  1. Leads that engaged in the last 14 days — a reply, a click on an email link, time spent on the demo, or a website request — with the strongest signal as the reason.
  2. Leads whose report is published and whose email is prepared but never sent. The action is Approve and send from Send Queue, or Send it — it is approved when the approval is already done.
  3. Businesses with no website listed and a phone number on record. The action is Call — no website listed on Google, with the rating and review count as the reason when they are known.

A lead that is won, lost, unsubscribed, suppressed, disqualified, or already has a call booked never appears here, and neither does an address on your suppression list. When there is nothing to work, the section says Nothing to work yet — start a search, or wait for replies. It never shows a placeholder.

Within the ready group, a business whose site carries paid-advertising tags and fails its audit badly sorts ahead of otherwise-equal leads, with the reason spelled out ("runs paid ads on a site that fails the mobile test"). See Marketing tags detected below.

What the website badge means

A lead without an audited website of its own shows a badge in Manage Leads and on the Find Leads results screen that says exactly what the business profile listed. Where a page was listed, it is linked beside the badge as evidence so you can check it before you call.

On the results screen these businesses sit under No website of their own. None of them is ever emailed; SiteRevive never invents an address for a business it did not audit.

If you know the business's real website, open the lead and use Add or correct website. A booking, social, or directory page is refused with the reason ("that is a third-party page, not the business's website"). A real website is saved and audited like any other lead. A correction is accepted only while the lead is still waiting for its first audit; once a lead has been audited, worked, or written to, use Report a data problem on the lead instead.

Marketing tags detected

When the audited homepage carries tags from advertising or marketing tools, the lead shows a Marketing tags detected chip in Manage Leads and on its page, naming the tools found: "Set up for paid ads: …" or "Runs marketing tools: …". A business that has set up paid advertising for a page that fails its audit is a strong fit, so these tags add to the lead's business fit.

The chip names what was found on the page and nothing more. It never estimates what the business spends. A lead with no chip is a page where no tags were found, not a page SiteRevive looked at harder.

Listed website did not respond

A listed website that does not answer when SiteRevive tries to reach it is not called dead on one try. The run notes it as did not respond, and a second check runs at least 24 hours later. Only when the site does not respond on both checks does the business appear on the Find Leads results screen under Listed website did not respond, with the phone number, the Google Maps link, the listed address linked so you can check it yourself, and a note of when it did not respond and why.

A site that blocks the check or merely answers slowly is not treated as unreachable. These businesses are worked by phone; SiteRevive never emails a business whose website it could not audit.

Business fit

Google Places evidence checks operating status, category, rating and review history, service location, public phone, and official website. Closed and future-opening businesses are rejected. Missing evidence earns no invented points.

Contact evidence

For a native result, the exact email must:

MX records only show that the domain receives mail. They do not prove inbox placement or that a specific mailbox will accept the message.

Probable, catch-all, guessed, stale, personal, missing, or off-domain contacts do not count.

Why candidates are replaced

Common reasons include a weak redesign case, closed business, missing website, crawl failure, report-quality failure, no official source-confirmed email, suppression, prior contact, or a worker timeout.

Rejected or timed-out candidates do not increase the progress bar. The run keeps evaluating its bounded pool until the target is filled or the pool is exhausted.

Audit the evidence

Open the report and contact source before sending. Automated checks can be incomplete. Remove any message claim you cannot defend from the visible report. Do not use a manual verified label to override missing official-site evidence.
