The SiteRevive daily workflow
SiteRevive keeps lead work to two screens: Find Leads for the search and Manage Leads for the businesses worth working.
What you do
- Check Manage Leads, your real mailbox, and your calendar for replies and booked calls.
- Open Find Leads and choose 1-25 results, a niche, and a U.S. state. City is optional.
- Start SiteRevive and let the native run work in the background.
- Return when results are ready or when SiteRevive names a blocker that requires you.
- Review each report, contact source, and email.
- Open the exact message in Gmail or Outlook and personally control Send.
- Use your own AI to build a website concept only after genuine interest.
What SiteRevive does
- Finds a bounded set of local businesses.
- Rejects closed, duplicate, weak, unsupported, and incomplete candidates.
- Audits the official site and records defensible evidence.
- Confirms an exact business email on an official-site page.
- Publishes a private evidence report.
- Prepares an internal email draft without sending it.
- Preserves complete results and explains honest exhaustion.
What SiteRevive does not do
- Ask you to configure campaign automation, tasks, or workflow builders.
- Guarantee that the selected number exists in every market.
- Guess an email address, website problem, testimonial, or business fact.
- Generate speculative cold-lead websites.
- Connect to your mailbox or press Send.
- Promise inbox placement, replies, appointments, or revenue.
Codex or Claude Cowork is not required for cold prospecting. Use local AI after a reply or website request, when the lead-specific website-build prompt is available.
