Billing and your plan
SiteRevive Live Edition is one plan: $297 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. There is no annual plan, no trial, and no contract.
What the plan includes
- 600 requested-result credits every calendar month (UTC). One credit is one requested result, and unused credits do not roll over.
- Everything in the app: qualification and evidence-backed website audits, public contact verification, clickable reports, personal drafts you review and send yourself, and lead-specific AI prompts.
The Live Edition is the software only, and every feature is included in the one plan.
How billing works
Checkout and recurring charges run through Kajabi. You are charged when you buy and then once a month, and each charge sends a receipt to the email address you purchased with. Your plan and credit balance show inside SiteRevive on Find Leads, together with the exact instant your credits reset.
Cancel anytime
Email improveddigital@gmail.com from the address you purchased with and say you want to cancel. That one email is the whole process. Your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not delete your leads, reports, drafts, or settings.
If a payment fails
If a monthly payment does not go through, you keep full access for 7 days while the card is retried or updated. If the payment is still outstanding after those 7 days, access pauses. Nothing is deleted: your leads, reports, drafts, and settings are kept, and access resumes as soon as a payment succeeds.
30-day money-back guarantee
Your first month is covered by an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee: "Try SiteRevive for your first 30 days. I'm so confident you'll love it that if it isn't right for you, just let us know and receive a full refund of your first month—no questions asked."
To claim it, email improveddigital@gmail.com from the address you purchased with within 30 days of your first payment. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The full wording is on the Refund Policy page.
Get paid
This is how your clients pay you. It is not how you pay SiteRevive.
Open Settings. Find the Payment link card. Paste your own payment link. Stripe, PayPal, Square or any pay page works. Tap Save.
From then on, every proposal page ends with a Pay button. It opens your link in a new tab. The money goes to your own account. SiteRevive never sees a card and never holds your money.
No link? Then there is no Pay button. Clear the field and tap Save to take it off again.
Bought SiteRevive before the Live Edition?
Nothing changes for you. You are not billed monthly, and your access continues exactly as you purchased it.
