Replies and outcomes

At launch, SiteRevive does not connect to Gmail or Outlook and does not claim to synchronize mailbox replies.

Check your own mailbox for responses and your calendar for appointments. Record Replied or Booked on the prepared item. Those outcomes stop more preparation for that lead and preserve the audit trail.

The Inbox page shows replies that were actually recorded or received through a configured legacy integration. An empty Inbox does not mean your mailbox has no replies.

When an owner is interested or requests a website from the report, open the lead's website-build handoff. Use your own AI to create the concept, review it, and place the preview link into an unsent reply in the existing conversation.
