Review and send an email
The founding email flow is a human-reviewed handoff, not a sequence engine.
Before sending
For each completed result:
- Read the public report.
- Open the source-confirmed contact page.
- Confirm the exact recipient, subject, and body.
- Remove unsupported claims and fix awkward personalization.
- Choose Open in Gmail, Open in Outlook, or Copy email.
- Review the final compose window and press Send yourself.
The buttons do not connect your mailbox, send automatically, or prove delivery.
Internal statuses
- Ready: the prepared copy exists and is still editable.
- Approved: the safety gate passed for a supervised handoff.
- Sent: you recorded that the message was sent from your mailbox.
- Replied / Booked: you manually recorded the real outcome.
- Skipped: you deliberately removed the item.
These statuses are audit records. They are not a CRM pipeline and they do not replace your mailbox.
Safety rules
A draft must fail closed when its report, source-confirmed contact, physical address, unsubscribe data, suppression state, or prior-contact state is missing. SiteRevive must also prevent the same business from being presented as a fresh prospect in a later daily run.
